We want you to be completely satisfied with your KARL LAGERFELD purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all eligible items. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and securely seal the box, ensuring you include the original packing slip inside.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your parcel, removing any old shipping stickers.

  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt to monitor the status of your refund.
